Just like we followed up with our eating strengths last week it's now time to look at the positives our our exercise habits:


1. What's the number one reason you enjoy working out?


2. Have you got a particular form of exercise you really enjoy doing?


3. What's your favorite time of the day to workout?

1. What's the number one reason you enjoy working out?

The company of others. I've been working out with my mom & its great to have time to spend together.

2. Have you got a particular form of exercise you really enjoy doing?

Walking is about the only thing I don't hate.

3. What's your favorite time of the day to workout?

Ideally, it would be mid-day, but since I work its after dinner.

1. What's the number one reason you enjoy working out? Enjoy???? Okay I do occasionally feel really pumped after a good work out. Good mood and feel like I've accomplished something.

Like Miranda, I like the 'see I'm not lazy' feeling I get from a good workout!


2. Have you got a particular form of exercise you really enjoy doing?
I think walking is my favorite, then it's swimming.


3. What's your favorite time of the day to workout?
After school-- maybe a little break between them. Not too long though, otherwise I get too comfy being 'lazy', LOL!
