Do you incorporate healthy eating when you dont like vegetables and the idea of soy or tofu makes you want to ralph? Any ideas??

Now I like vegetables but I do sprinkle them with colby-jack cheese. Also, like to use a wide variety.

I tried posting this when I was home at lunch...but it got stuck, and I gave up!


Good to see you again Tracie, it's been too l-o-n-g!!!


How about throwing veggies into a chicken casserole??
Or using some salsa in an omelette?
Even making some soups and blending them-- or even ready made soups!


Just some more thoughts for adding more vegetables into your diet-
