-so funny you should post this today of all days Miranda!! I pulled out my quite dust ridden ball earlier, and did some work with it. Didn't do too much, as it's been so long since I formally worked my abs, and didn't want to overdo it so much so that tomorrow I wake up sceaming in pain.
Note- if any of you haven't tried a ball for your abs, give it a go. It burns them, in a good way ;-)

Hurray for good timing!
The ball is indeed great for abs. I voted Pilates 'cause that's what most often for abs, especially since I moved and my ball has yet to be inflated after two months in my new place. But I got a ball video, sort of Pilates, that was just great. I need to re-inflate the ball. I miss it now.
