Hello ladies,
I am in my early 30's and weight seemed to have creeped up on me it's time to lose it....hehe. I can't get motivated I live my bf isn't who is not committed to exerise because work is his first priority..........so their goes my exercise partner. I think I need support in order to exericse isn't that crazy or else i won't do it.
I am a few ponds over my weight and want to work at this is there any advise you ladies can give me. Does any one here need motivation ?

Hi there, and welcome to the 30's board!
As Miranda has said, you have found a wonderful board where many of us face the same struggles as yourself. Do you have any preference to the type of exercise you'd like to do?
Some here belong to a gym, others prefer to walk and run, and others use a variety of home workout videos- making quite an eclectic group here. I hope you'll enjoy posting with us.
