Ones I loved this time were:
a) Looking good while working out. The point about wearing oversized clothes is SO true. I did it for years. In fact I just found some pictures of me about 4 years ago.....and OMG, what was I thinking, lol????
b) the article from 'Canadian Living' about sleep. I loved the 'rituals' before bed!! Plus my room is very simple-
