I'm the same. I figured as much, cuz most of my answers are sometimes. But then again, I know I don't eat healthy all the time. lol. And sadly, many of my choices at the supermarket have more to do with what's on sale and cheap, versus what's healthy. and I NEVER read labels, because I already know what I want to buy. So why would I read labels? lol. I've already done my research. hehehe.
You're a Savvy Shopper-In-Training You make some healthy decisions in the supermarket but others are sabotaging your weight loss plan. Take a close look at the foods you usually buy. Ditch unhealthy items from the center aisles and add more foods from the produce, dairy, fish and meat sections around the perimeter. With a few tweaks to your shopping list, you'll be a savvy supermarket shopper!
I'm in training too. I really thought I'd get worse than that. My biggest down fall is having a larger family so finding cost effective and healthy are hard to do. Personally I have just started making smaller portions of hamburger helpers or past type related meals. Then for high fat meals
Ok- prior to doing the quiz I'm going to give this a shot: I think I'm pretty good shopper, but like everything else I have my bad days too. Like tonight for instance, walk in with good intentions, and did pick up stuff for salad lunches for the remainder of the week. Then bumped into a friend of mine and I started telling her about my day. I decided I needed some chocolate.....over to the bags of miniatures I head. Then react, lol! Walk away, and pick up a single chocolate bar at the cashier. So although I picked up something that wasn't intended, it's small. And has 200 calories as opposed to about 1200-1500!!!
LOL- question 10....
How often do you buy a candy bar in the checkout aisle?
