I just wanted to share.
Long time ago, I read in some womens magazine, that if you ate 9 servings of vegetables every day, you could still eat what ever you wanted and lose weight.
Well, I never really took that article that seriously. But then, I started to supplement with Green powder. (which equals six servings of vegees a day) And then, I would have a salad for lunch. Really, I was not trying to lose weight.
Then, at night, I 'd eat my son's halloween candy, peanut butter and Snickers, which is the best, tuna noodle helper, which is the absolute worst for you, and because I am trying to stay off wine, I drank my husbands RAZ. (pure sugar)
The pounds keep melting off. I know I will plateau, if I dont start exercising, but there is something to eating 9 servings of vegees everyday. Its like, the fat just flows OUT of your system.
