What would you be WILLING to make? ****anything that doesn't turn over my way of eating completely (i.e. atkins, southbeach, etc)
How do you set small incremental goals? ****When I start out, I make small weekly goals. I shoot high, because I know I will always do less (this is just a me thing). Then as things are more normal, I make food goals. And when that's normal. I make higher exercise/food goals and so on and so forth.
Or do you still just keep that "lose all my weight" goal as your main goal? ****I always have that as a MAIN goald, but that doesn't mean I don't have my incremental goals.

I already gave up eating almost all junk food.

My goal is still to lose all 20 pounds but I would be happy with 5 or 10 at this point.

I haven't really made a long lasting exercie change. I do things for a while & then I stop & try something else.
