Ladies-- how about a THANKSGIVING recipe thread?
This will be my second time hosting a T'giving dinner, though not at my house, this year. I am cooking the turkey. I'm also doing the stuffing!! My Dad makes a fab sausage stuffing, but I don't have his recipe. This is one I found that sounds doable (haven't looked around much so far though, so if anyone else has one feel free to post it here too!!)

2 lbs. ground pork sausage (I personally like jimmy dean)
1-2 bags bread stuffing (pepp.farm or stove top)
celery, sliced
onion, chopped
large can(s) of chicken broth
salt and pepper

Cook sausage with onion and celery. Bring chicken broth to boil, add sausage mixture and stuffing.
Stuff turkey, or chicken and bake, or bake as a side dish, 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

YUM!!! That cranberry sauce looks terrific- Bunny is taking control of the vegetables. We're a little skeptical, but have faith in him, lol! However I'll pass this recipe along for some helpful thoughts and ideas ;-)
Thanks....
