Do to a cold and the entire family being sick not to mention dealing with broken pipes I've decided to not be so vigilant this week and kind of take a break. Still trying to eat okay and everything just not counting calories or worrying about exercise and so on.

Well, at this moment, I am dealing with TOM and the cramps that accompany it. I was a bit late though, so I am relieved to be at this point, not because we have any worries about unplanned surprises, just because I know now that I will feel better in a few days. Extended PMS is unpleasant. Probably TMI.

I have to go get my new kitty from the vet in about an hour. She had her "fix it and forget it" surgery today, and a few shots. I'll have to keep an eye on her tonight to see how she's doing.

I made a Christmas list/budget. Perhaps I will get some more things checked off the list in the next few days. As far as other stuff, not much going on at present at work. Looking forward to the weekend as always.

I suppose things are going alright...of course I'm sure they could be better. But I'm dealing with the week so far, and haven't fallen
