Hi everyone,
I am 30 lbs over weight and need to start moving! I just went to the fitbyfaith web site and was truly moved by the before and after photos! Im wondering if anyone here has done Tae-bo? Do you like it, does it keep you motivated, have you seen results like Kristy has?

Hi AK, nice to meet you. I haven't tried tae bo but am curious about it as well. My biggest concern is how coordinated do ya have to be. I'm a total flop at jazzercise type stuff.

I hear ya Gretchen! I am not very coordinated and if it is fast paced at first, I will never catch on. Hopefully, someone here can give us some insight!

Hi there Amy, and welcome to the board!
I have to say that although I have tried Tae-Bo, and would love to love it, it just isn't for me. I did the beginner one and threw my back out.....haven't had the guts to give it another shot, lol!
My exercise of choice is walking (in the past I did get to jog, but have been quite lax in the exercise department for some time now, so it's simple walking at the moment for me) or swimming. I have quite a number of video's, most gathering dust now--- I enjoy "Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds".....great for even the most uncoordinated of us ;-)
