New to the board!
Hi everyone!
I'm about 70 pounds overweight, I work full time outside the home and have 2 young children. I try to cook healthy and find time exercise, but because I don't get home until mid-late evening, I have a hard time.
Any suggestions?

Hi there and welcome to the 30's board....
Your issue is one many of our posters face- finding that time to squeeze in some exercise. Even if it's only 10mins walking around the block after dinner it's something. If you can try and notch out 10-20 minutes for yourself in the evening.
How about early in the morning? (I know it's not my choice of time, but it works for some!)
In any case, it's nice to have you with us. Looking forward to posting with you, and I'm sure some of our other "Moms" will be posting with their ideas too :-)

I work from 8a-4:30p. Right now I have family watching my kids but usually they are in daycare: ages 5 and 2. I usually get up in the morning between 5a-5:30, pack lunches, in the shower by 6a-6:15a, then out the door to work, which takes me about a half hour to get there. Right now I'm not usually getting home until around 5:15p and then it's time to start dinner, get the kids ready for bed and do housework before going to bed myself. When they are in daycare, I'm usually not getting home until closer to 6pm.
Thus, a hectic schedule where I find it hard to get exercise time in.
