Exercise to target problem area

I work out about three times per week, am in decent shape and feel good about my body. However, there is one problem area that I cannot seem to tone up - that flabby spot under my armpit (you know, the area that bunches up and sticks out when you put on a bra).
Does anyone have a great exercise that targets that area? I have no idea what to do for it.
I am trying to tone my arms in general, but that area is really bothering me.

First of all welcome to the board!!
Now I'm not sure if the exercises I've found directly target that area, but it couldn't hurt to build up the surrounding muscle tissue.
I have read that as we get older there are some parts of our body where the skin get's softer so appears more "flabby" and that under the armpit area is one of the most troublesome spots.
