I'm signed up! I think I'll put aside anything I'm currently doing in this area, ironically nothing at the moment, (Ha!) and see what they have to offer on this challenge.

Hello!!

Greetings & Happy New Year!!!:

Miranda...I just joined the challenge you mentioned. I haven't been on IVillage for about 5 years. So, I am excited to be back. Stats...32 years old, married 6 yrs, no children. I tore my ACL in October, and it's a complete tear. I have been trying to lose 30 lbs unsucessfully (found out some meds I was taking were causing my pitfalls & weight gain). Once I learned the meds were slowing my metabolism, it was really incentive for me to get it together. I started walking and saw the results, then came the injury and I got set back. Anywho... I just signed up for the challenge today and am excited. I hear so many women say, "I wish I had started when it was only 30 lbs."

Well, I may have to have knee surgery and that was my kick in the pants wake up call. I I have to rehab just to get the surgery. Once I post surgery rehab I will be on to the adventure of my lifetime, at least I am hopeful...motherhood.

That's my intro, hope to become a successful member of the community.

Hey, what does "cl-iv" mean, I keep seeing it in folks names?

Best regards,

TWH
