Refocus after holidays

Uggh I feel gross. I did well on the holidays, all the holiday parties I attended, I didn't eat any appetizers,I didn't overindulge, I didn't get second helpings, I didn't even eat dessert. So I know I did pretty darn good.

The entire period between thanksgiving and christmas I was sick, either with a cold, or headaches or icky diareah (I think from stress). So I am trying to refocus and eat right. So I made a salad for lunch, brought a snack of carrots and craisins and ate oatmeal for breakfast.

Anyone else ready to jump back on the wagon?

I know I really love slim in 6. The results in your body show very quickly, they should for all the pain I'm experiencing right now. LOL

"No pain, no gain", right??

Don't you just sometimes want to find the person that ever said that first, and smack them with your very sore arm!!

Hi! Yes, Acme market used to (maybe they still do) make an awsome diet black sherry soda. It was delicious. But now I don't live near any Acme markets.

I tell myself not to get dismayed, if the weight doesn't "fall" off.

But I DO know, one gets firmer by EXERCISING and diet. It's advisable to use a scale with a fat %. You'd be shocked to see how much lower your fat % gets when you exercise regularly.
