Happy New Year! I hope you all had a nice holiday weekend.
Below I've listed my total times for fitness in 2005: (I stopped recording mileage and focused on time..much easier for me. This way I stopped worrying so much about whether I was recording accurate mileage).
Running: 5days 5hours 11min 25sec Cycling: 1day 1hour 56min 28 sec Swimming: 1hour 12min 20sec Weights: 6 hour 40min Walking: This one didn't record right..it said 6.7 miles 4min 25sec Stepper: 1hour 50min Rowing: 20min
Also, I returned my Adidas Supernova shoes. They had too much of a support bridge that caused me to have a lot of aching in the arch area, as well as the shoes were just too big in the toebox area. I got a pair of New Balance 766's. These are great..just the right amount of room, not too narrow, no uncomfy foot bridge. I tried them out last night on a short 28min treadmill workout.
