BBQ Chicken Fingers

Woo Hoo I actually have a recipe to share that's healthy I think.
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1/2 cup "Kraft Carbwell" BBQ sauce
1/2 cup reduced fat colby/jack cheese
1 6 oz. bag of baby spinach leaves
Preheat oven to 400. Mix parmesan cheese and seasonings. Toss with chicken in a large bowl; to coat. Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake additional 5 minutes
Serve over spinach
