Alright ladies - for some of you it's the first week back and for all of us it's the first normal week after the holidays!

I know many of us are trying to throw off our bad holiday habits and jump into the New Year with vim and vigor, so let's see how we're all doing!

Are you on track so far with your goals for this week?

Hi there,

So far doing good. Made it to the gym Tuesday, and today and are scheduled to go back tommorow. I already overcame one obstacle this morning. last night we came home and the back yard was flooded our hot water tank, sprung a leak no hot water, will be repaired today. Well i tought about not going to teh gym but it was a weight traingin class, so I figured it would not be bad you know about actually prespiring, boy was I wrong the instructor was on a cardio high, with weights she kicked my ass and I was drenched, needless to say I had to come home and take a very cold shower!!! at 6:30 p.m

Doing good so far.

Do you foresee any obstacles through the end of the week?

Not really.

Will you make some changes next week or stay the course?

I'm going to try & work out more. I only managed once this week. Trying to walk tonight but they are predicting snow so that may be out. Hoping to get to the gym & get a class schedule for the month to see if I can fit one in somewhere.

1. Yes I am soooo on track.

2. Weekends are usually hard, plus we bowl on Sundays and I always crave the munchies they have there.

3. I'm doing pretty good so I'll keep steady.

Well, I STILL have not lost any weight, but I did switch up my workouts by doing more cardio on the exercise bike for 20 minutes and ran a mile on the treadmill for 10 minutes. But it was a waste of time since I went to a a friend's house to watch the University of Texas beat USC's butt in the Rose Bowl! I drank no alcohol, but had two chocolate cupcakes with the most scrumptious icing! I stayed away from the queso with sausage, guac, and pico!

My goals for this week are to track my eating and exercising via my journal. I am on track so far. I have added the goal of drinking 2 liters of water every day. That is a very doable goal. I just need to make myself do it.

I think that my biggest obstacle will be my own laziness.

The changes that I intend to make will be based on how I do this week...I just started yesterday, so, let's see how I do!

- how about an end of 'work-week' check in from me?

Had computer problems this week, all is fixed now though. Went back to work on Tuesday, and had to take ButterCup to the ER (what is it with me and that ER this 'season??? sheesh!!) on Wednesday- cut his fingers with a knife (trying to tighten his sunglasses!!!)-

All in all food wise wasn't too bad. No exercise to report in with though.

For next week I'm hoping to see things more back to normal!
