I originally put this post in the wrong section. Sorry.
I always heard that you should drink at least 8 Eight Ounce glasses of water each day. I've heard it is good for your hair, skin, etc. I've also heard that it helps speed up your metablolism. My problem is, the only time I can drink it is during the day at work because it makes me go to the bathroom so much. I can't drink water if I'm going anywhere and I can't drink it at home in the evening because I use the bathroom all night. It drives me crazy. I have to go to thebathroom 2-3 times for each bottle of water. Is there a way around this, or will it get better the more water I drink?

I agree with Miranda on this- at first you may find yourself running to the loo a little more than usual, but your body will get used to it. Increasing your amount moderately is a great idea!
