What did you do this weekend?
(Are your decorations all taken down?)

Spent all weekend doing absolutely nothing - for the first time in a long time. I did walk yesterday so I got a little bit of exercise. My insdie decorations were down before new years. My plan was to take the house lights down but I guess I'll just unplug them for now & maybe take them down next weekend.

Did you manage to hold onto the wagon this weekend?

Ate pretty ok overall - lot of fatty stuff though.

How does the week ahead look- busy or quiet?

Too early to tell! I'm hoping for quiet but you never know how things come up.

What did you do this weekend? I went to HKD Friday night, went a bit early actually so the instructor could do some acupuncture work on my shoulder. It was kind of interesting, kind of painful, but it seems to be helping some. We'll see how it goes this week when I do my full workout schedule after the treatment, and do classes. The black belt told my classmates they had to be "nice" to me this weekend because of the treatment. Other than class Fri. and Sat., I did some work around my place then spent Sunday at SO's.
(Are your decorations all taken down?) They are now, did that Saturday evening.

Did you manage to hold onto the wagon this weekend? Except for a third of a Godiva brownie which SO split three ways after dinner Sunday, I did hang onto the wagon, even when we went out for breakfast Sat. I had a salad. Sometimes, I jump off the wagon for banana or pecan pancakes on Saturday mornings.

How does the week ahead look- busy or quiet? This week is a bit more busy; I have a meeting Thursday

What did you do this weekend?
(Are your decorations all taken down?) Yep, took them down Jan. 2. I do a lot of angry cleaning. ;o)

Did you manage to hold onto the wagon this weekend? I did nothing intentionally but did have a fairly good food weekend.

How does the week ahead look- busy or quiet? Kind of hectic. Just me and the kids this week so we will either eat

Stayed home most of the weekend, excpet Saturday i went to the gym and took my mom along as a guest. Good work out and that afternoon I mowed out front lawn since my husband was working. Sunday helped my husband try and teach our younger daughter how to ride a bike without training wheels, lot of walking along her. All decorations down and in the garage.

Stayed on the wagon all wekend, I went to Chilis restaurant, and good tip they have
" guiltless dishes" and boy are they good they list the calories, carbs, fat on the menu.
I had the chicken platter dinner whole thing 550 calories, and my mom had the chicken pita 520. Delicious!!!!!

Went to the gym, this morning, so started out good this week, hope to go at least 3 more times this week, maybe the scale will actually move this week.

Miranda- it does sound like a busy week ahead, here's to it being a good one for you, and Matt!!

Steffy- hope your wagon riding isn't as bumpy this week, sounded a little rough over the weekend ;-)

Ann- sounds like you enjoyed that relaxing weekend. Hope the week goes smoothly too!

Lorie- what did you do to your shoulder? (I've never had acupuncture, not that sure I could take all those needles all at once, lol!)

Gretchen- I have to agree, anger cleaning is great. For some reason you can get things cleaned and sorted in half the time it usually takes. Here's to the week going well for you, and the kids!

Chrissy- hope there are no more transportation and communication problems this week for you all.

Rainey- sounds like you had a great weekend. How's dd doing on her bicycle?

Jennifer- I think those 12hr shifts count!! What's the new workout video??

What did you do this weekend?
Celebrated 2 birthdays, and the Steelers game yesterday :-)
(Are your decorations all taken down?----- no, see Steffy, that's why I brought it up, lol!!)

Did you manage to hold onto the wagon this weekend?
The fitness wagon hasn't even been by my way this year.....as for the food wagon I'm hangin' on. The weekend was sorta, sorta!

How does the week ahead look- busy or quiet?
Busy- Mom wanted to go shopping today. First day out since her accident. She's exhausted. Starting a new child in my class tomorrow, and then a staff meeting after school. Not much going on on Wed or Thur and then ButterCup's birthday is on Friday (the 13th!!).
