Well this week has started off hectic, so I will have to revise some of my plans - I'll have to walk everday for the rest of the work week, and I didn't hit the gym on Monday as we had a dentist appointment at 5 then a late dinner.

My frame of mind is the only thing holding me back this week. I'm kind of letting myself be pouty this week in hopes to get it out of my system.

Oh god Steffy, my heart just breaks for you. Truly something you never hopes happens to you or someone you care about. My thoughts are with you and your family and I agree I can not imagine what Melody's parents will be going through. Do they have other children?

Wow, I am so sorry to hear about your week. Reading that kind of smacked me for being whiny today, which I need sometimes.

I hope that the couple that lost their little girl will not grow bitter either toward each other or toward God, although it will be difficult for them not to question

I am pretty much on track, definitely so as far as exercise, and I feel like eating is back under control too. Friday will be a bit of a pain as far as eating. My long lost friend called and wants to go to breakfast (our former weekly tradition before she married and began to work on her masters, etc). My plan is to have lunch at home, but then SO wants to go have Chineese in the evening after my HKD class. That should be OK though; I'll order something with lots of veggies. And I really need to go to class early to practice so I'll get in some extra exerise before class too. In spite of the eating out, I do plan to finish off the week well. I'll go to HKD Friday night and Saturday afternoon and try to eat well Saturday and Sunday too. Maybe SO will make salmon for Sunday, or some other good fish that may be on sale.

I'm glad that they have another child because I know if something happened to one of mine the others would be the reason I'd get up in the morning otherwise I think I'd feel what would the point be so they are fortunate to have her and hope that she will be a tremendous source of strength and unconditional love for them.
