Hello,
Just wanted to say good morning to everyone....it's Monday again. I am feeling a bit agitated this morning....wanting to get to the gym....but the kids are home from school. I am struggling with doing what's right for them versus what's right for me. Anyway, I just started keeping a fitness journal...woohoo....it has really kept me motivated. I walked a total of 24.25 miles last week! I also did all my strength training....twice. And, to top all that off, I lost 6lbs! So, overall, I feel good about last week, and want to see what I can do this week. I know, baby steps! Have a good day all.

That is just great Pam! I know it can be frustrating when your raring to go and life gets in the way. Don't worry it's just one day. Take advantage and get them all out for a walk or turn up the radio for some dancing around the house.

Thank you for the great links....I would have taken them outside for a walk or run, but it was only 8 degrees...lol. Anyway, I did some hardcore housework and then I fixed my dryer...that was no small task. I did end up getting to the gym last night. I got quite a bit done...yeah. I always feel better about everything if I am working out. I do better with my diet, with my life, etc. I am ADD and it really helps me keep focused and hubby likes the effects it has on me in the bedroom. So, I really try to workout every day that I can.
