Well, we're now 1/2 way through January already and some of our resolutions may have already fallen by the way side.

Are you still on track? Diet and fitness - yes, doing pretty well. Finanacially, not too much progress, but I'm not regressing either. The attitude chanes, not too good either.

Do you need to make some modifications? I have decided that I will make my main

I just re-joined the gym at the beginning of last week. At 38, my life has really hit a low and I have reached my limit and decided chages needed to be made to change the direction my life and my marriage were going. I was at the gym 6 out of 7 days last week. 1 day of weights with my husband and the rest cardio. In the past, I never stuck with it and never went with any regularity. As a result of my sticking with it I have found that I am sleeping better, my mood is MUCH better, I have lost 1.5 pounds, and my appetite and energy are better. I am not over eating anymore, just eating 3 meals a day. I was never a breakfast eater, but now make it a priority because it is your base for your whole day.

I'd like to drop about 10 pounds but the goal is really to feel better about how my body looks. I wear a size 8 but my stuff is not tight, LOL! One goal I DO have is a flatter belly, so I am going to amp up the cardio. My hip is bothering me a little so I may try to switch from treadmill to elliptical if I can manage to not feel like such a spas on it, :).

The 1.5 pounds really has helped keep my motivated because I really need instant gratification. I know it's a combo of eating better but whatever, 1.5 pounds is 1.5 pounds!

Are you still on track?

I guess I am, I didn't really make any resolutions for this year since I can't seem to stick to them. BUT, my goal is to take it one day at a time and better my lifestyle bit by bit. From eating better, exercising regularly and trying to get more sleep!

Do you need to make some modifications?

Yes, fell off the wagon already, as far as sleep is concerned

What do you hope to get out of this year?

A better body, a better me, and my business up and running!
