What Would YOU Like to See on the Board?

Well, it's a new year, and I thought that maybe we'd get some input on what kind of information you all would like to see on the board, and what kind of threads keep you all coming back to this wonderful board!!
I'll list some of the more common types of posts and you can let IG and I know what you find helpful and what you'd like to see more of!


I really like all of those things that you listed!!!! I also really liked it that time when we added up all of our miles that we walked/ran and took a trip

Would like to see more "How To" posts
***how to on what? maybe a general theme. even if it's how to wlak in heels. lol. that'd be fun.
Would like more information on particular programs (Diets, Workouts, Etc.)
***I think, because we're all so unique, it's hard to really say what attracts ME, because what I like, somone else may not. i.e. I'd rather hear about diets and which ones work, are pretty easy, not so intense, what ppl like about them, their good and BAD side effect. i.e. yeah, atkins is great....but long term, you start to have really bad breath. things like that. remmeber the cabbage diet?
Otherwise, I can't really think of what would get me all hyped up to post post pst. lol. mostly because, there's so many options out there, and most of them, just don't work for me, so most of the time, i read the articles, and stuff, but i would never apply them to me. kwim? btw, the board has been good for me, just as it is. :)
