I had a pedometer, the clip broke :( so I stopped wearing it. I used to use my heartrate monitor, however, according to it, I should be close to dead, and I'm barely trotting on the treadmill. So, I still use it, to see where I'm at, but not to workout to it. I want a new one though.

Hmmm....no other gadgets. Oh, I want a new MP3 player. Although, i'm not sure if I want an iPod Nano or not. And I want a new heartrate monitor. I would like the watch kind, but not the kind you have to put your fingers on it. Mine is old and kinda a cheap model (I was poor). I'd like something, a bit nicer :)

Sidenote on the heart rate monitor: If you want one (you in general) and you go to the gym, and the machines have monitors on them. And they SAY Polar (the company) on them, I HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest buying a heart rate monitor that has a strap. Why? Because. I realized, when I went to the gym, and I'd wear my strap and watch, the machine could read the strap. So, I quit wearing the watch. The machine would automatically read my strap. I wouldn't have to hold the handles, or whatevers. It's just read it and show it to me. I was like, THIS IS SOOOOOO COOL!!! I even told the staff, they had no clue either. lol.

oh the copying w/o special software is nice. :) I know, mine is 256, and let me tell you, I get mighty tired of those songs, esp cuz I listen to the same two albums. lol. I'd like at least a gig of memory. I don't mind iTunes so much, as I hate companies that MAKE you buy their stuff, like Sony (okay, love Sony products, hate buying Sony MUST have's). One reason I'm not looking into Sony's mp3, that skinny one, not the bean. Bean sucks. lol.

Hi,

I have a "nutrition assistant" that helps me keep track of how many calories, fat, carbs, etc I've consumed for that day. It also compares it to my daily goal. It helps me keep an eye on what goes in my mouth. It's pretty good. It's made by a company named "Robi" and it's pretty small and thin.

I have two pedometers, one basic & one with all the bells & whistles. I've never had one fall off. I usually waer them under my shirt or jacket, maybe that's why.

I really want a heart rate monitor that's a watch so I can monitor while I walk.

I have a pedometer that I got for a challenge when I first starting posting here, but haven't really used it since.

You know I was just thinking to myself last night that I really ought to go and buy some new shoes and workout clothes. After reading your post, I'm pretty sure I will! Thanks ;-)

New workout clothes are great. I got a black set for Christmas, pants and front zip jacket.

That cool max or double dry, or whatever brand one happens to purchase, stuff really does help when I'm running/walking.
