Are you going to do the challenge?

Yep.

What's going on for you this week?

It looks like a pretty normal, quiet week. Nothing going on until Saturday-my uncle's retirement party. My plan is to just lay low all week & try to relax. Work should be quiet too since our boss is out of town all week.

I've got yoga on Tues & hopefully the weather will hold out enough so I can walk at least one other time. We'll see. I finally put all the xmas stuff in storage so I could do a workout tape in the spare room.....probably won't happen though :)

How's your weather forecast looking?

30's, overcast.

Hi,

I am new to the board, I am looking for additional support as I begin to make healthy changes this year. At 39 all of a sudden the losing weight, eating right, exercise, etc... has become important.

Are you going to do the challenge? Yes

What's going on for you this week? For me it is a relative normal week. Work is busy as I work with taxes. School this week no tests or major challenges that I know of. Kids some activities are beginning again with the kids now that we are back from winter break, so evening activities 3-4 nights a week again.

How's your weather forecast looking? 70-80 degrees, overcast and muggy already.

What's going on for you this week?
Open Houses today at school, and tomorrow evening. A conference to attend on Thursday (off campus, school is paying!) and dinner with a friend that evening. So far, that's all that's organized ;-)

Ann~ hope work is going ok while the boss is out of town. Will that make much of a difference to you all? (ie. less stressful?)

I'm hoping to do some Yoga tomorrow too-- I think it will help all the tension I have in my shoulders. We'll stretch out together ;-)

Gretchen- the nice thing about this challenge is that it 'claims' it only takes 20mins a day....I'm sure we can squeeze that time in each day!! Keep warm this week with that snow approaching!

Yes, I'm going to do it. About to go for a run right now. I want to be IN SHAPE instead of just thin. And I'm neither right now! Weather is windy and warm today. Perfect for running around my hilly neighborhood. My 3 year old daughter is having surgery on Thursday to put ear tubes back in. (Chronic ear infections.) Not looking forward to it, but we've done it once before, and I think I'll be able to handle it better this time. I hope I can stay motivated.
