Here's what's on the agenda for us this week:
Sunday: Stock Up!
Shopping day- get ready for the week ahead and get your groceries taken care of ahead of time!
Monday: Just Peachy!
Eat up and fuel yourself for the day ahead! How about a peach cobbler?
Tuesday: Ramp Up!
Walking the pyramid walk! Five minutes of moderate pace, five more of picking up the pace, another five of 'full steam ahead' and the last five cooling down.
Wednesday: Breakfast Fiesta!
How about a burrito for breakfast?
Thursday: Tush toning!
A walk that include lunches and squats!
Friday: Chew & Tell
For those that love the fast food choice, there's tips on Friday's page!
Saturday: Clean House!
Remove those temptations ;-)

Monday (Day Two):
Okay, no peach cobbler, but I did have some porridge for breakfast!
20 minutes a day - We Can Do It!!
The recipe for peach cobbler looks good, but I don't have any granola cereal or pears to try it out today.
I signed up, and I did the first two things kind of "accidentally."
Sunday: Stock Up!
Shopping day- get ready for the week ahead and get your groceries taken care of ahead of time! SO and I went shopping, got fruit, cottage cheese, turkey...stuff like that.
Monday: Just Peachy!
Eat up and fuel yourself for the day ahead! How about a peach cobbler? Didn't have a peach cobbler, but I had a PowerBar harvest bar - dried cherry or something like that - and some milk for breakfast.
Sunday: Stock Up!
Shopping day-
Monday: Just Peachy!
Didn't go for the cobbler but did have peach oatmeal.
Worked out on treadmill 2 miles, jogging every 1/4 mile for the first mile & used weight machine, two exercises per body part(legs, abs, arms, shoulders, back,), 3 sets of 10 reps. It rained so I didnt get to go walking outside. Thank goodness my M-I-L lives next door and together the two of us have a treadmill, weight machine and other equipment in her basement. :) Therefore...No excuse not to work out. LOL! Also started jounaling.
Tuesday: Ramp Up!
I usually walk 2 miles mon-fri mornings with my mom, so today every 1/4 mile picked it up for 5 minutes. :)
Sunday (Day One):
Actually didn't go grocery shopping for a big shop, just a few things here and there.
Monday (Day Two):

Gretchen- that's great news about your slim in 6 coming in the "male" today-- you'll have to let us know how you like it!
As for me today.......no walking- I think my immune system is on hiatus, feel I might be coming down with something :-(
