Sunday: Stock Up!
Shopping day-

Monday: Just Peachy!
Didn't go for the cobbler but did have peach oatmeal.
Worked out on treadmill 2 miles, jogging every 1/4 mile for the first mile & used weight machine, two exercises per body part(legs, abs, arms, shoulders, back), 3 sets of 10 reps. It rained so I didnt get to go walking outside. Thank goodness my M-I-L lives next door and together the two of us have a treadmill, weight machine and other equipment in her basement. :) Therefore...No excuse not to work out. LOL! Also started jounaling.

Tuesday: Ramp Up!
I usually walk 2 miles mon-fri mornings with my mom, so today every 1/4 mile picked it up for 5 minutes. :)

Wednesday: Breakfast Fiesta!
No burrito, went for the Raisin Bran instead.
Walked 2 miles and picked up the pace like on Tuesday. Also worked out on weight machine, 2 exercises per body part(legs, abs, arms, shoulders, back), 3 sets of 10 reps).

Thursday: Tush toning!
Walked 2 miles & did tush toning exercises.

Friday: Chew & Tell
Walked 2 miles. Also worked out on weight machine, 2 exercises per body part(legs, abs, arms, shoulders, back), 3 sets of 10 reps).

Didn't get the email in time to shop on Sunday ;-)

Monday: Just Peachy!
Eat up and fuel yourself for the day ahead! How about a peach cobbler?
Well I didn't have the 'recommended' peach cobbler, but I did have breakfast!

Tuesday: Ramp Up!
Walking the pyramid walk! Five minutes of moderate pace, five more of picking up the pace, another five of 'full steam ahead' and the last five cooling down.
No walking- I think my immune system is on hiatus, feel I might be coming down with something :-(

Wednesday: Breakfast Fiesta!
How about a burrito for breakfast?
- didn't even have breakfast!! Got up really early, and then ran out of time!!

Thursday: Tush toning!
A walk that include lunches and squats!
Not a walk, but did use my bike, and feel it in my bee-hind today!

Friday: Chew & Tell
For those that love the fast food choice, there's tips on Friday's page!
Didn't go out on Friday night for dinner, but did on Thursday, and the choice wasn't too bad. Plus I had a salad too :-)

Saturday: Clean House!
Remove those temptations ;-)
-forgot to do...will do today. I think the only real temptation is that orange chocolate, and the fact that I still have some tells me I'm not overdoing it. So, maybe I'll keep it in the fridge, rather than throwing it out!!
