So far, so good. Although I did have ice cream today :)

How does the rest of the week look for you?

Quiet. Good thing too cause I'm soooooo tired & I've been fighting a headache all day.

Any major hurdles to overcome in the second half of the week or is all smooth sailing?

Not that I know of, but you know how things come up out of nowhere.

Getting seriously frustrated here. The scale won't budge been the sicen the 13th. Still going to the gym 4 times a week and eating about 1500-1700 calories a day. Drinking the water to.

This week its been hard to stay on track. Lunch out today with a marketing rep but I ordered oriental chicken rice dish and no dessert.

Will not be able to exercise tommorow as me and my husband have a day together planned. We both are taking the day off and spending day together. Was going to make up for it today but woke up with a massive headache. I usually don't exercise Wednesday as its a long day as the girls have gymnastics. So I usually do Mon, Tues, Thur and Friday.

I do clases at the gym. Monday morning its cardio 1/2 nour then 1/2 of stregth traingin with emphasis on legs and butt. Tuesday i do the epilicetal machine for 35 mintures and then 15 mintures on the treadmill. Thursday its one hour class stregth training with weights, lunges and squats. Friday is the same as Monday. I try to add an extra day at home like 30 mintues on Saturday on my own eplictal machine at home.

I eat about 1500-1700 calories a day. Usually closer to 1500 and I'm thinking maybe I need to cut back more.

Rainey, with that amount of exercise (Hats off to you, that's wonderful) ~ I really would actually suggest making sure you do get the 1,700, if not 100 or so more of preferably protein rich foods.


Are you near your goal weight yet?

heck I wish i was near my goal. I'm at 182 and goal is 148. I started end of December at 189. But nothing the last couple of weeks. I'm not givingup but heck its makes it that much harder to wake up at 5:15 to exercise when the scale doesn't move, but oh well I will keep trucking along. Thanks for all the support.

I have a serious back strain, so I'm out of work til at least Friday. I can't even go for a walk without ging into spasms. Plus the medications aren't giving me a whole lot of energy.
Goal for the rest of this week? TO GET BETTER!
