Hey Rainey-- I would tend to agree with Steffy here ( I really would actually suggest making sure you do get the 1,700, if not 100 or so more of preferably protein rich foods. ) Way to go on all that exercising! You're body must be loving you for all of that!

So how are you doing so far this week? Just about hanging on. Food wise hasn't been too bad, I did think it was WAY off, but then TOM arrived, explaining the chocolate cravings!! Exercise- ha! However.....feeling ready to hop that wagon tomorrow. Kind of clung on to it

Any major hurdles to overcome in the second half of the week or is all smooth sailing? ***Yes. Getting over this cold.......yup. I'm sick again. I blame K. He's picking it up somewhere!
So how are you doing so far this week? Well my week is really just starting. Monday and Tuesday I worked - I work nights from 6pm to 6am, so my days held little more than sleeping.

The only hurdle I can see would be after our Scout meeting tonight. We always go out to eat and chill out. (We have 18 girls) I usually get the grilled chic salad but feel a bit saladed out this week. EEK! I will look for something not too fatty though. :) Maybe a turkey sub, no fries????
***Pretty good, today (thursday) is Day 4 of being on south beach, I'm down 7 lbs, yesterday was rough, I had NO appetite and had to force myself to eat, I only ended up eating about 500 calories but I just didn't feel up to eating.
How does the rest of the week look for you?
***Looking good, I'm looking forward towards a restful weekend, I went to the neurologist yesterday so I'm a little emotionally drained

***Next week will be week 2 of southbeach, that's always the week I fall apart, and I'll be having my period so I'm definitely going to have that major hurdle to overcome.
