So how are you doing so far this week? Pretty good except for burger & fries Tuesday for lunch. It was my planned "monthly junk food" so it's OK. Got right back on track after that.
How does the rest of the week look for you? Should be OK. SO and I have no formal plans for tomorrow night, but maybe we'll go out. Most of the restaurants we like have great salads. I have HKD classes Fri & Sat too to keep me active. I should run tonight, but it's cold and I have a back ache. We'll see. I will do a yoga whether I go out to run/walk or not.
Any major hurdles to overcome in the second half of the week or is all smooth sailing? Nothing that I know of, but as someone else said, you never know what will arise.
