I thought I'd ask. As I have two things. Slim in 6, and running on a treadmill. I am thinking about buying that ball workout, but it's like $40, ouch! And I'm broke/poor for awhile.

So, what is your regime like? Aerobics? Sports? Walking? Running? Do tell. Maybe I'll get some ideas.

And if you're poor/broke like me, what do you do if things cost money? What "cheap" things do you do?

I was wondering that too. If it was Hap Ki Do, but I didn't realize it was Korean. lol. I think because I've seen it usually spelled Hapkido, which looks Japanese to me.

I was talking to Steffy about karate, and I was looking into it for myself. :) not sure how much i could dedicate myself though.

Thanks for the info. and explaning what HKD is and that it's KOREAN!! lol

Ohhhh................so they're in Quebec then. It just threw me that "he" had a french accent. That commercial is so funny. Do you guys get that show? It's on Discovery channel. Too silly.

Poor K's not getting any of that. LOL. Seriously, I'm not dancing. He's gotten a lap dance from his xgf, who WAS a stripper. Hence, the "pro" comment. I can't compete. I don't care if it's more about love and he finds me hotter. HELL NO!!! lol. He's just out of luck for having a stripper for an x. LOL. I prolly would've otherwise.

So you've seen it. I know, cracked me up. I saw it and started telling K, I didn't know they were in/from Quebec. He's got a french accent. Unless that's how OTHER Canadians talk. I've only been to BC area, they sound like me (west coasters). But I swear it was a french accent. lol.

AND I'm assuming the only french area is Quebec. Again, I could be soooooooooo wrong. hehehe.

Come now, I just found out there's nuclear plants in Boston. I'm from SoCal, you KNOW we live in our sunshine filled bubble.

Dee, I would try the hoola, if the lap dancing is a bit intimidating!

You didn't say if you belong to a gym.

Here's an idea. about 8yrs ago I was looking to lose post baby weight. I couldn't afford a gym. I found a perfect job at my local gym. I was able to work in the nursery & watch the kids for one day a week(2hrs) in exchange for a FREE membership! This job w/ free gym membership lasted me 6 yrs (My baby finally went to school!) By then I was friendly w/ the owner & negotiated a membership. Just a thought, look into local gyms & see if they are hiring in exchange for a membership!
