QOTW- Baby Steps!

I saw this this morning, and had a thought.......
Want to lose 30 pounds or have killer abs? Great, but remember: Every long journey starts with one step. By focusing on smaller, incremental targets unrelated to results -- say, following through on a promise to walk a little every day at lunch for a week -- you'll feel a sense of achievement early and more often. Big goals take time to reach, and focusing on them too soon may do more harm than good.

My baby step is to use the bike at least 4 times this week, and in doing so be up to using it for 15-20mins in one sitting!!!

What's your Baby Step?
I'd like to do at least 3 different work outs. Walk/run, Slim in 6, and yoga all about 30 minutes.

Good topic!
The 5k is in May (thought about doing the Shamrocks and Shananigans one in March, but changed my mind). I am only running once a week, although I got two in last week. I will try to do so again this week. But in March, I will definitely need to get out three times a week.
