how everyone's week of Baby Steps went?
Miranda, did you get your average of 10mins a day done?
Me- my baby step was to do 4 workouts last week, and to reach 15-20mins on the bike!
I got three out of four! I did hit the 15min mark :-)
Lorie, did you manage to increase your running time?
Gretchen- did you do three different workouts last week?
Debbie- how did decreasing your carb snacks go?
Cher- did Milo get out for a walk with you?
Cat- how did getting up early to walk before work go?
Steffy- did you increase your water intake?
KYGoddess- how did the rest of your week go?

Gretchen- did you do three different workouts last week? I did get three different workouts in. I think I need the variety if I plan to run a 5k. Yoga for flexibility and I'm doing the Slim in 6 for strength and then the running walking to build up my speed and endurance.
I would like to get to where I'm getting at least 30 minutes a day though.

Lorie, did you manage to increase your running time? I doubled my running time on Thursday evening. It may not have been a good idea to increase it quite that much, but I lived, so maybe I should stick with that workout now.

Actually I got up to 29 minutes a day (average) last week - good thing too, because this week has been a total bust!! LOL

Well, I did better, but still not as good as I think I might need to do!
