QOTW- Self Image....

Recently I've been thinking about my self esteem, and thoughts on my own self image. I know many (if not all) of us look at ourselves in the mirror each day. Either the dreaded full length mirror or just the mirror above the sink.
Do you feel confident about yourself in general?
What do you like about your body?
What do you dislike about your body?
On a low day what do you do to pick yourself up?

Do you feel confident about yourself in general? Usually. My wardrobe has seen its day, but other than that....
What do you like about your body? Im evenly perportioned.
What do you dislike about your body? There is too much of each portion. LOL
On a low day what do you do to pick yourself up?
Ummm.....besides come here, I love to take my kids shopping if I have a little extra money, or I'll grab a coffee and go to the bookstore.

Hey Ann, welcome to the board!
Do you feel confident about yourself in general? It's kind of weird, in some ways I do, but in some ways I do struggle with self confidence still.
What do you like about your body? I like my legs, how strong they are and how they help me to get where I need to go. I also like that my resting heart rate has come way down, even without the med I have to take. I have a little heart thing that causes my heart rate to be high in general, but it has improved so much, even under stress. Just proof that exercise can go a long way toward better health.
What do you dislike about your body? The area around my middle. Even though I've lost a few inches there, I have this area that's a bit too fatty - or not firm enough - at my lower belly and on my lower back. It's strange because I'm happy with my waiste, but it's a bit below that. Does that make sense?
On a low day what do you do to pick yourself up? I exercise; really does help to give
