Wow, moving your stuff can be a big job!!
1. What's going on this week for you?
Nothing special just work and I hoep to be able to get back on the workout wagon after being sick last week. Did not start out well, I was palnning to head to the gym today at 5:00 but I could not fall asleep last night I Had set the alarm to get up at 5:00 butonce I saw that it was 12:00 and I was still still awake looking at the clock. I got up and reset the alarm to 6:30. Just enough time to get up and go to work.
2. What's the weather going to be like?
Its going to be Rainy for the next two days.
3. Do you have a *plan* formulated
IMy pan is not to be discouraged and just keep going, Hoep to workout tommorow. I finally made it under 180.

I homeschool so:lessons, lessons, lessons. Also my brother-in-laws's band will be in town Saturday so I get a night out with the grown-ups!!
2. What's the weather going to be like?
High 30's to high 40's rain/snow mix-Yucky!!!
3. Do you have a *plan* formulated?
Increase time and speed on the treadmill to 1.5 hours and 3.5mph, add in an upper body/abs workout at least 3 days this week. Try and avoid more carbs(at least those from breads).
This week I'm back to school after a week off (mid-winter break).
The weather is not worth writing about (COLD!)
My plan is to continue tracking everything I eat, aiming for 1600-1800 cals. And to exercise at least 4 times this week (Mon, Wed, Thurs. and Sat.)

Work (yuck!); going back to class after 2 weeks of being online -- not looking forward in returning to the classroom.
2. What's the weather going to be like?
In the 30s to 40s with rain possibly Thursday and/or Friday.
3. Do you have a *plan* formulated?
To exercise maybe 2 or 3 times during the week and rest during the weekends;
to add on strength training somehow during the week;
to get up in the morning and out the door for a brisk walk ... until I am able to purchase a treadmill;
to eat sensibly during the week and then spoil myself slightly during the weekends;
to remember to keep in my head and follow what I just wrote down!
Lorie: Hope you have fun with your Mom and Aunt getting wedding stuff together...I see the time creeping nearer and nearer!!
Rainey: Seems like there's a few of you around with colds and stuff- here's some {{Anti-Cold Vibes}} for this week!
Dlp76: Well at least you have the band (and adults) to look forward to at the end of the week! Hope you reach your treadmill goals ;-)
