Anyone else have trouble with that double butt crease?? Yuck! I have been doing the exercise where you lay on your back and do pelvic tilts while tightening your butt and I know that will help because it did when I did it in the past. I was just wondering to alleviate boredom, what other exercises have you found that work for that darned stubborn crease of fat? I also do the elliptical, treadmill and take Pilates and an aerobics class.

Those sound like all good things! Burning fat is your best bet IMO. For more muscle tone maybe try some squats, leg lifts sitting or lying down those are the things that really make me feel it in the backside. However, form does play a part in targeting certain areas so you might want to get a video or something that targets that specific area so you can watch and hear the correct form for best results.

It's weird; the shape of my butt is fine and I'm not overweight. It's just that nagging little bit of fat right at the bottom! Frustrating....

I took notice that a lot of exercising targets mostly the upper/middle part of the butt or at least it feels that way. Too bad I can't just cut off the offending part...LOL.
