1st big diet slip up!!!

I have been so good the last few days!!! I knew I was going out Saturday and wanted to "save up" my carbs to be able to indulge in a few beers. Everything went well till I got up this morning a bit um...foggy and groggy and was tempted by little white powdered donut gems!!!! ARGH..I tried to resist but they were calling out to me and before I knew it 3 had been eaten. Only then did the remorse hit me and I looked at the nutrition fact label...11 grams of fat and 31 carbs per 4 donuts!!! I figured I might as well eat the last one and have a full serving!! Treadmill time!!!!

One slip up is just that....and it's ok!! You can pick yourself back up and continue ;-)
