Okay ladies, we've all had those days where you know you are taking a header off the wagon, so the question is:

What is most likely to make you derail?

I really hadn't thought about that...Hmmmm. I definitely give myself license to eat what I want on special occasions, but I think that's just practical, not really falling off the wagon. I do fall of at Christmas time. Major. It's the peanut butter fudge. My mother-in-law makes it by the ton and delivers regularly. And once you've had 5 pieces of pbf, does it really matter what else you eat? I used to fall off at Easter too. It's the easter candy that gets me. What is it about a candy coating and egg shaping chocolate that makes it so much more desirable than regular chocolate? Maybe that's just me. Anyway, I'm much better about keeping a clean environment. I buy just enough to stuff my kids easter baskets and that's it.

My day in and day out problem is the random eating out. Sometimes I make good decisions, sometimes I don't. Had an egg roll and slice of pizza for dinner last night. I was only gonna have the egg roll, but the pizza place accidentally made a large instead of a medium and I couldn't resist. Things like that a couple times a week. Went to Wendy's and was only going to have a chili but decided to try the new 1/4lb stack also. My hubby's been beggin for Chipotle and I can resist for only so long.

I'm a back on the wagon the next day kind of girl. I always think that if I'm super good the next day, it'll make up for the day before. So today I'm super good.

I guess what's most likely to knock me off the wagon is something happening unexpectedly...I'm one of those people who has to do for others, ya' know? Doesn't help me much though!!

How to prepare to get yourself back on the wagon and how long does it take?

What is most likely to make you derail? i never realy gave that much thought im kinda a peson who eats what i want when i want it. lately my stess level has been high so i forget to eat instead of eating all that i can get into my face. before i would eat and sit around the house now that is behind me. i would have to say my biggest weakness is banana chocolate muffins thier to die for.

sometimes i can jump back in without wating but other times i get bored of the same old same old. but hopefully this time will be different and i loose the wait that i set my goal to.

Me its mostly stress and if we go out or have family get together I usually cheat. I have bene doing a lot better this time around as I'm running out of time before our vacation. We are leaving on 06/22/06 and I have 28 pounds to my final goal but i woill be happy if i can lose 15-18 before I go. becuase of this I am not getting back on track immediately. I used to alwasy be oh well I will start agin on Monday, not anymore I just start again. I got a nice compliment one of our company reps came in and she had not see me in a month and she actually made a point of asking me if I had lost weight.
