Hey ladies, it looks like some of you are really starting to get into good habits exercise wise, so I'm wondering what it is you all are doing exercise wise.

I'm getting into my aerobics dvd's, my ball workout, and running. That's enough to confuse me. lol. I am probably going to be spending most of my time on running, and switching around the aerobics stuff and ball stuff for variety. so my body, nor me is bored.

I have Hap Ki Do classes; I need to be in three a week (haven't exactly gotten in all three lately, more like two). I am doing WATP videos, mostly the three mile, but I've been outside to run a bit and am looking forward to getting out more as the weather gets better. Got the For Women Only 5k in May.

As you can see, I spend most of my time on cardio. I do get in weights twice a week. When I was dealing with the worst of the cold, I did a lot of yoga. I really enjoyed it. In just a week of doing it predominantly, I found stretching before HKD class was easier. Wish I could get more yoga time

Most of my time is spent walking(at least 1 hour a day/5-6 days a week). I just broke out my ball so I wil be adding strength training as well. I'm hoping to find a good yoga tape to add on the 7th day or for those days when I can't walk a full hour.

I'm just barley back into the exercise routine to even call it official. I'm doing 2 days on one day off. I'm trying to keep it open what I actually do but trying to mix it up between walking/running, Slim in 6 and yoga. The yoga and Slim in 6 are DVD stuff.

I'm just taking things s l o w l y since I've been on a 2 year hiatus from exercising.

For now, I just do the basic calisthenics, then, I climb up and down my stairs 15 times.

I'm trying to incorporate outside walking in the mornings until I'm able to save up for a treadmill. And I'm also trying to fit in some time for strength training.

I've been doing 30-45 minutes on my elliptical and/or bike, doing stretch and strength training in front of the TV, and taking 30 minute walk/runs with the jogging stroller.
