What's everyone doing for Exercise?

Hey ladies, it looks like some of you are really starting to get into good habits exercise wise, so I'm wondering what it is you all are doing exercise wise.

Well, I'm still working on making it a 'routine', but the bulk of my exercise is coming from karate.

I'm going to the gym three times a week for classes strength training class once and two cardio classes. I also do one day at home for 40 minutues on the eplictal machine.

Climbing the stairs is a great idea. Works that lower body and gives you some cardio work as well. I might have to add a few extra laps on the stairs other than the normal up and down.
