Ok, I think I've posted here a couple times before (or I at least intended on it, lol) because I found this board in my favorite places.


Hi Lori and welcome to the board! I'm not too sure if you've been here before...perhaps you were a lurker at one point or another, lol!
In any case it's wonderful to have you join us. This board is full of support!
From the sounds of things you're doing everything 'by the book', and although they (Curves) recommend you only go 3 times a week, if you and your body can manage that extra day; go for it! On the cardio aspect I would suggest that if you can fit in some 30min walks you would be doing superb!
