LOL-- ok I did the waddle.....and to be honest it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be, lol!! But I will point out that I actually think it targets your calves more, well it did in my case.


Anyone else willing to give the "waddle" a go?

Hmmmm, not nearly as easy as I thought, I really felt it in my thighs and knees, I'm sure it all has to do with the postion of your legs and how low you bend your knees, I will have to make some adjustments and try it again!
