Finally.......

I have been struggling with a plateau for the last week and even found myself walking away from what I knew was right. I gave up for a couple of days and ate what I knew I shouldn't, didn't exercise, etc...... Well, then I realized I have come too far to let anything stop me. So I hopped on the eliptical, threw in an extra workout on the treadmill, started eating my fruits and veggies instead of the chocolate and chips.....and it worked. I dropped 2 pounds and am finally back on track!!!!! Just had to share.....

Woo-Hoo that's great news Rhonda.....I agree sometimes that 'shake-it-up' thing does really work. Glad you feel back on track!

Sometimes it does help to stop pushing so hard for a day or two. Good for you for getting back on track and realizing that you have come too far to let anything stop you. It's so cool that you are seeing results now. Congrats.

THank you all so much for the support. I knew you all would understand where I was coming from. Glowgirl, I am so proud of you girl. Way to go showing that elliptical who's boss. You rock!!!!! Darcy, I completely understand what your saying. I too am a scale addict but I have learned to keep it in perspective and let it inspire me by my results instead of sabotaging me with its "hatred". LOL
