I think that facials are just as relaxing as a massage...a European facial has a mini neck and shoulder massage anyway, and I don't really care for a full body massage...I don't carry my stress in my legs, so why bother having then massaged?

Aw shucks "had to have some of them, for training"......what a chore that must have been!!! Lucky girl!

I've never had a facial, I guess I'm afraid of breaking out afterwards, lol. I love massages, and as for your legs, it does feel so good to get them massaged. You'd be surprised at how much 'stress' your legs do actually carry.

I used to get manicures all the time. For the past year or so I've had a hard time keeping my nails at a decent enough length to benefit from one though.

As for pedicures, I've had one, once. Liked it ok, but I have very ticklish feet so I didn't enjoy it that much- though my feet did look great afterwards ;-)

Haven't officially 'nurtured' myself this week yet, still thinking of what I want to do...

Every achievement starts with a little legwork!

I picked a massage. You know you need a massage when the kids come into your room in the morning and jump on your bed accidentaly stepping all over your legs and back and you *like* it!! Maybe it's because I am a runner/walker but sometimes my legs and arches of my feet just throb at nightime. I *know* it would feel like heaven to have them massaged (or have the kids jump all over them, hey whatever you can afford right?). I have never had anything done at a salon although it looks very interesting. I have trouble with dry flakey skin and I spend a lot of money on facial products so I wouldn't mind trying a professional facial someday.
