I just wanted to point out that I didn't post this article becaue I think with more exercise I too can look like Gwyneth Paltrow.

Oh trust me, I agree that we can do everythign we can to get that hard body. However, I do think IRL, not Hollywood, life is much more complicated.

To NJSC, I'm with you, to get in what you can. I think this is where I start to say though, we can't always find "time". And although everyone says that's an excuse, I don't think it is. Not after living my life the way I have been for the past two months.

I work from 7:30-5:30. So, I'm up at 6am. I go to school M/W from 6:30-10:00pm. I come home, I have been trying to do at least 15 mins of something, I don't have time to shower completely, so I just wash my body down, gross in my opinion, cuz my hair is wet from sweat. I eat at 11pm, then go to bed by midnight. To me, that is SOOOO pushing it. I am exhausted the next day. Only to get home and go run at 6:30. Then I try to get in bed by 11pm so I can repeat the crazy next day. By Friday, I'm exhausted. lol. I run around all day on the weekends, (which is good though), and so much, that I don't even have time to do the laundry (goign to have to figure out when to do it this week...hmmm). And now, I'm taking golf lessons from 6-7:30 on T for 4 weeks. How am I possibly going to get some exercise and SLEEP in? lol.

And even scarier, I've been waking up at 7:30am with my bf and while he plays with the dog and watches tv, I go jogging. However, by 7pm that night, I'm ready for bed.

I honestly can't say that this type of schedule is conducive to me getting skinnier. I may lose weight, however, at what cost? Loss of sleep? Not doing the laundry (lol, j/k)? Not studying for school?

Hi Miranda,

POINT WELL TAKEN WITH THE MADDONNA ARMS AND BEYONCES TUSH....I know I wouldn't complain...

but none of us are going to be a hard body like the rich and famous...and you are right about having the time. I don't have the time but if I did I have better things to do with my life then JUST WORKOUT!!!!...LOL

Although in my fantasy land, I would LOVE I mean LOVE a chef...just so I wouldn't have to cook every nite..LOL but being that isn't going to happen in my near future I am stuck doing it..lol

btw I am nancy, very nice to meet you!

Hi inked,

I never said I wasn't tired...lol COFFEE IS MY BEST FRIEND...but I am tired when my head hits that pillow at 11 or 12...and back up at 6:30...WHERE THE TIME GOES? I AM NEVER GOING TO FIGURE THAT OUT....LOL

My workout regimen was non-existent before kids as well..I worked full time and school too..and the live in boyfriend...I know what you are going through. I totally feel for you..YOu are over tired...I know there are days you just want to put your head down just to sleep...but once school is over...IT'S OVER....unless you decide graduate school or what have you...

as far as laundry goes, I am with you on that..NO MATTER how many loads you did the day before, its there sitting and waiting patiently for you again..(rolling my eyes)...part of life....unfortunately....

although I did find out how much a maid would cost to cut down time schedule just so I owuld have more time for ME!!! but when I found out how much ($65/wk)...I said I DON'T THINK SO...I could use that money for a number of other things...

with you running all over, you are getting a work out..CARDIO...WHICH IS THE BEST TYPE OF WORKOUT...you just don't think you are working out...lol

btw you are not stupid...takes alot of courage, amibition, and strength to do what you do every day!!!

I agree Nancy - Cher has a ton on her plate right now (did she even list organizing her wedding??), and there are many other women out there that really have so much going on that finding even 15 minutes
