Natural supplements to take are:

Omega 3 - Natrol Brand Combo I get from Walmart(helps your body burn fat & this product has 3 good ingredients)

Vitamin C - Natural Fat Burner and helps reduce fat obsorbtion.

Chromium Picolinate is a natural mineral that promotes fat loss and building muscle(do not exceed 1000 mg/day as it will overwork your kidneys)

I read in Woman's World that if you take Omega 3 right before execising that it increased the fat burn. I have been taking all of these for months and I think they are good.

Everything is natural :)

hi taz

the omega 3 is also great for your hands...

as women get older we show our age in our hands...with our veins popping out..omega 3 pill, eating fish, or nuts (fish and nuts have the omega 3) helps prevent that..I read that in some fitness mag..I didn't belive it at first but it really works...

and we need to take calcium and a multi...EVERYDAY to help prevent osetoporosis...viactiv..one chewable for everything..makes life simple..lol I keep on box in the kitchen and one in the car incase i forget...

YOU are so right about vitamin c...helps burn the fat off!!!

but the chromium picolinate..I have never heard of..but I am going to take it now...so THANK YOU FOR THE TIP...

NJSC:

I agree totally. I didn't know of the hand benefits...great to know. I know salmon has Omega 3 and when I eat that 2/3 times a week, I lose weight effortlessly. I just don't like salmon that much. I think tuna has it too, not sure if it's the same amoung of Omega

Every day I take

GNC Women's Mega, or One A Day
chrom pic
Omega 3
vitamin C
Citosan (fat burning, etc)
Cranberry pills (occasionally)
I also drink 16 oz of soy milk daily for my calcium requirements.

I tried the viactive, and I kept forgetting to take it. I can remember to drink my milk. The soymilk is so good for you, pure protien and more minerals and vitamins than milk has. Soy silk lowfat vanilla is more vitamin packed than low fat milk and it's rich. Silk Very Vanilla is great for a treat (almost as good as a vanilla shake), it's good to give kids in their cereal, because it's sweet and thick, not like lowfat milk. Lowfat silk vanilla is the consistency of whole milk.

Thanks for the info... :)
