Something I know we can all fit in somewhere in our day:
We found 11 exercises you can do in two minutes or less, no matter how busy your schedule is. All of these mini-workouts can be done whether you're sitting at your desk or doing the dinner dishes. By splitting up the targeted exercise into short increments, you'll get a full-body workout without noticing the missing time.

Heart Helper
Two-minute brisk walk: Every 30 seconds pick up the pace by about 10 percent. Repeat whenever you get the chance, up to five times throughout the day. You can march in place, jump rope or climb stairs as a substitute.
