To be honest Miranda, I've never been one to believe in specific diets, low cal/fat is fine (IMO) but cutting out a whole food group is just not healthy, again JMO! I have a friend who is doing the "Onion" soup diet this week. She's always trying out diets like this, and yes she is successful, but always puts the weight back on afterwards. I don't want that kind of living for myself ;-)
