Are you an eneregetic Exerciser or a more relaxed exerciser? I mean do you have to work up a serious sweat to feel like you've done your bit, or is a relaxing walk more your style?

Totally a relaxing walker here.

Were you an energetic exerciser as a kid or are you more gung-ho now as an adult?

Never been an overly energetic person at all.

I am both....I don't always have the time to be an energetic exerciser...so a relaxing walk is great...still burning calories...and great cardio...

as far as being energentic exerciser as a kid...yeah i definitely was...being in sports and outside all the time until mom called me in...as an adult I am definitely more A ENERGENTIC EXERCISER now after having the kids...I needed to lose the weight BIG...now that I have lost the belly fat...I feel sluggish if I don't exercise at least a little EVERY DAY...but there are days when I walk the treadmill for a few miles...
